Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry to assist in our growth efforts across new markets and partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with a solid technical understanding of iGaming reporting systems, data flows, and performance analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective partner management within the gaming ecosystem.
Essential Functions:
– Growth & Market Expansion:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across new and existing markets globally;
• Identify and evaluate new market entry opportunities, partnership models, and distribution channels;
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics within the iGaming landscape.
– Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:
• Build and manage strategic relationships with operators, affiliates, aggregators, and technology partners both;
• Lead commercial negotiations, including commercial models, revenue share agreements, and long-term partnership structures;
• Act as a senior point of contact for key partners, ensuring strong alignment and sustained value creation;
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, BI, IT Development and Operations teams to support partner success;
• Prepare and present business cases, forecasts, and performance reports to executive leadership;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business development processes and tools.
– Deal Origination & Closure:
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure;
• Close high-value, complex commercial deals that align with the company’s strategic objectives;
• Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
– Technical & Analytical Contribution:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of iGaming reporting systems, including player activity, revenue, conversion, and lifecycle metrics;
• Analyze partner and market performance data (dashboards/KPI’s) to identify growth opportunities, optimize partnerships, and support strategic decision-making;
• Translate technical and data insights into clear commercial recommendations for internal stakeholders and partners.

• Background in scaling partnerships for B2B or platform-based businesses;
• Ability to respond appropriately to unexpected challenges and shifting priorities;
• Ability to work independently in a fast – paced environment while supporting team responsibilities and goals.

Requirements: Experience, Education and Other:
• Grade 12 (matric certificate required);
• Tertiary education / Marketing Degree, or related field (an advantage);
• 5+ years of proven experience in business development or compliance within the online casino and iGaming industry (preferred);
• Familiarity with iGaming software providers, platforms, and aggregators;
• Deep knowledge of online gaming products: slots, live casino, sportsbook, RNG, virtual, etc;
• Experience with regulated markets and licensing processes;
• Strong understanding of software roll – out and integration processes;
• Proven experience in a Business Development, Commercial, or Partnerships role within iGaming, online betting;
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value, complex commercial deals;
• Established network within the iGaming ecosystem (operators, affiliates, aggregators, suppliers).
