Reports To:
National Marketing Manager
Purpose:
To oversee the CRM strategy implementation and ensure campaigns are set up, executed and monitored correctly. To assist with Affiliate partner marketing from inception to reporting.
Essential Functions:
• Oversee the execution of strategies as required by the marketing head and customer support teams;
• Manage daily campaigns and oversee reporting of campaign success rates;
• Act as the intermediary between CRM software providers/Tech team and Marketing team;
• Ensure Design and content teams are briefed on campaign calendars and requirements;
• Ensure CRM campaigns are accurate and effective;
• Work with the Marketing team on strategy plans for CRM campaigns;
• Assist the Content team with planning of campaigns;
• Drive the identification and onboarding of new affiliate partners;
• Oversee monthly affiliate reporting and communications;
• Ensure content and marketing communication portals are always up to date for affiliate partners;

• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting team responsibilities and goals;
• Experience using CRM programs and Affiliate tracking tools advantageous;
• Understanding of Affiliate Marketing in the gaming environment;
• Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers;
• Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members;
• Analytical and data-driven.
Requirements: Experience, Education and Other:
• Grade 12 (matric certificate required);
• Degree in Communication, Customer Service or related;
• 3+ years’ work experience in CRM or Affiliate Marketing;
• Digital Media Experience;
• Previous experience in a betting company (highly advantageous).
Additional Requirements:
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, shifts and / or long hours.
